Operations & Data Specialist (Entry-Level)
We are looking for a structured and analytical junior profile to join our Operations team.
Youll be the go-to person for managing data tables, tracking tools, and helping streamline our internal processes across different countries.
Your mission:
- Create, manage and update internal tracking tables (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.)
- Analyze data and highlight trends to help decision-making
- Build clear and simple reports and dashboards to track performance
- Work closely with other teams (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal) to help align data and processes
- Spot inconsistencies or issues in our current workflows and suggest improvements
- Support the rollout of new tools or processes across markets
Youll be great in this role if:
- You love working with data and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Youre detail-oriented and organized
- Youre a fast learner and not afraid of a bit of chaos
- You enjoy solving problems and making things more efficient
- You can write and speak in English clearly (working language)
- You want to grow in operations, data, or business support roles
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Airtable, Power Query, Looker Studio or similar tools
- Interest in healthcare, tech or scale-up environments
- Knowledge of another European language
