Main responsibilities
- A trusted partner to the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by understanding how to reduce churn in their portfolios
- Leading complex technical sessions with customers
- Be a mentor to customers and teach them how to better leverage the platform to transform their planning and decision making processes to accelerate business outcomes
- Deliver high-impact trainings, share best practices, and drive FP&A excellence
- Team up with Customer Success to boost adoption, secure renewals, and spot growth opportunities
- Bridge Success, Product, Sales, and Implementationensuring seamless knowledge transfer and upsell enablement
Core skills/experience
- Technical understanding of FP&A software OR Customer Success experience
- 2 years of B2B experience in implementation/customer success, ideally for a financial software; or 2 years of FP&A experience and looking for a change of direction into a customer success role
- Experience driving software adoption with customers and technical leaders
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
