- Various support with corporate housekeeping tasks
- Administration of domestic and foreign Group companies
- Independent drafting, checking and processing of simple contracts, e.g. non-disclosure agreements (CDA, NDA) in German and English
- Preparation and review of corporate documents (commercial register applications, minutes of shareholders'' meetings, etc.)
- Responsibility for file management and administrative processes
- Support in document management and deadline checks
- Management and careful filing of contractual documents including electronic signatures (DocuSign)
- Research and preparation of exciting legal issues with precise citation of sources
- Coordination and communication with notaries, auditors and banks
- Varied processing of KYC/GWG inquiries from banks, authorities and business partners
Your profile
- Commercial training and/or paralegal training or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Discretion, reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent with an independent way of working and quick comprehension skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
