As a Key Account Manager (Dutch Speaking) , you will be responsible for managing, growing, developing, and retaining a range of key accounts for Avendra International . You can be based anywhere in the Netherlands but will be required to travel across the country and wider Europe. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Collaborative Solutions : Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions. Significant experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyse data and trends to make strategic decisions. CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
