Inside Vodafone Network OperationsResponsible for conducting gap analysis of Government security decrees, producing remediation plans where needed, and governing the implementation plan. Manage internal and external audit activities, attend auditor interviews, and collect required evidence. Oversee cybersecurity activities to ensure compliance with security policies. Manage OSS development across all Network Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage audit activities requested by internal or external auditors, analyze technical information, perform gap analysis for non-compliance, support Network Operations teams in evidence collection, define remediation plans, attend auditor interviews, and gather evidence for audits.Manage security decrees issued by the Italian Government by analyzing technical requirements, identifying compliance gaps, defining remediation plans, preparing documentation for the Ministry, and presenting analysis reports to Vodafone management.Collect and analyze development requirements for the OSS area from Network Operations teams, prioritize requirements, organize technical meetings, obtain technical and commercial evaluations from Engineering, and follow through with implementation plans.Manage cybersecurity activities by analyzing vulnerabilities, hardening and patching reports, governing technical remediation activities, and producing periodic management reports.Support the tender process by defining technical requirements, evaluating vendor responses, providing technical scores, attending technical meetings, and supporting negotiations.Core Competencies, Knowledge, and ExperienceStrong project management and activity governance skills.Expertise in technical requirements analysis and gap remediation planning.Knowledge of main software and hardware maintenance services in Network Operations.Ability to coordinate with various Vodafone teams, organize meetings, and lead discussions.Proficiency in building detailed reports and presenting to management.Capability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.Required QualificationsUniversity degree or higher education.At least 5 years of experience in technology organizations.Proactive with the ability to manage activities independently.Experience working in virtual and international teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English, capable of communicating at all levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
