We''re looking to expand our ITinfrastructure team (currently 10 members strong) and need a seniorIT system engineer (server application) to join us in Rum nearInnsbruck or Vienna. Aufgaben - Be the main responsible for anarray of application servers (we split them between team members).- Design, launch, manage, and improve our server systems at ourmain location and branches. - Troubleshoot server services andapplications like the pro you are. - Create detailed technicalconcepts for server applications in collaboration with ourspecialized departments and security team. - Manage Microsoft SQLdatabases. - Update IT security guidelines, policies, andorganizational instructions. - Document systems and processes. -Support and develop our (still small) VDI environment. -Collaborate with and train the service management team. - Mentorand support our eager-to-learn juniors. Profil - A degree incomputer science or a similar qualification/training. - Solidknowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure (EntraID, Intune), SQL Server). - Several years of experience withWindows Server operating systems and Active Directory. - A goodunderstanding of IT security. - Excellent English skills (all teaminternal meetings are held in English). - German skills are notrequired but will make your life easier in contact with variousstakeholders outside of the team. - Top-notch communication andteamwork abilities, high initiative. - An analytical andsolution-oriented approach to work. - Enough experience to leadinternal IT infrastructure projects and ask the right questionsbefore starting implementation.
