Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Specialist with a strong background in technology implementation projects and in-depth expertise in Atlassian Jira. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both day-to-day IT operations and the delivery of strategic IT initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and implementing effective technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for the companys IT infrastructure (on-premises systems, endpoints, networking).
- Contributes to the implementation of new technological solutions, tools, and system integrations.
- Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management to meet business needs (Project, workflows, automation rules, custom fields, permissions, and dashboards).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to users and stakeholders on Atlassian tools and IT solutions.
- Manage documentation, testing, and roll-out activities as part of IT project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or IT operations roles.
- Deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100 Jira Administrator).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with ITIL, service management best practices, or DevOps principles.
