We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a prominent sponsor client based in Belgium. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to clinical trials without the need for travel, focusing on clinical contracts, study budgets, and contract negotiations.

About the Role:

As a Senior CRA, you will play a key role in managing, negotiating, and executing clinical contracts, including study budgets and amendments. This is a hands-on, impactful position that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Clinical Quality. Your primary responsibilities will include risk mitigation, ensuring compliance, and negotiating favorable terms with research sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation of study budgets and agreements with Principal Investigators (PIs) and site coordinators.
• Evaluate contract documents to identify potential risks and provide strategies for effective risk management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Clinical Quality) to ensure that all contracts are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
• Take ownership of study site budgets, amendments, and change orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee Additional Clinical Procedures (ACPs) related to specific activities or required expertise during clinical trials.
• Manage European Data Flow (EDF) responsibilities, ensuring all data reporting aligns with relevant regulatory standards.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research, contracts, and clinical trial management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex contracts and relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering results.
• A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to proactively identify and manage risks.
• Previous Contract experience
