The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About the role:This role will not be onboarded until July 29th 2025The Restaurant General Manager will oversee operations at a refined French-American steakhouse created in partnership with award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen. This restaurant blends classic steakhouse tradition with French-inspired culinary artistry, offering a sophisticated dining experience in an elevated setting. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven leader with a deep appreciation for fine dining, a strong command of service excellence, and the ability to lead a team in delivering a polished, memorable guest experience.Responsibilities include:Being part of the pre-opening teamSelecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and managing all restaurant employees, including supervisors and assistant managers, to ensure adherence to cultural and service standards. Contributing to long-range strategic planning and operational success.Maintaining a strong presence in the restaurant, providing team recognition, fostering positive guest interactions, and addressing guest concerns, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care.Ensuring the quality and presentation of all food items and ingredients and providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits in a refined dining environment tailored to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.Collaborating closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to develop innovative menus and curated wine lists, ensuring high product quality at a fair price. Attending regular meetings to promote effective interdepartmental coordination.Managing labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, accurate budgeting, strategic purchasing, inventory control, and strong cash management practices.Regularly inspecting the restaurants physical condition and equipment, recommending and implementing improvements to uphold operational and aesthetic standards.Assisting with the service of beverages to guests, ensuring prompt and professional delivery that enhances the overall dining experience.Supporting the seating of guests, helping to manage flow and ensure a welcoming and organized arrival experience.Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of operational areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and team members.Qualifications:College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experienceTwo to three years of previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and BeverageStrong leadership and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and proceduresAbility to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systemsFluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Flexible schedule to work all shifts
