Job Description:The Transport Team is responsible for developing and planning the transport strategy and system for a hospitality programme at events. Responsibilities include sourcing and contracting transport suppliers, researching and drafting all transport routes, preparing transport contingency plans, and driver training. Roles are scheduled to start from October 2025 and will be contract roles until March 2026.Key Responsibilities:Assist in pre-event planning and preparation of all transport systems.Develop a comprehensive geographical knowledge of the area and various routes.Assist in establishing an efficient and effective coach transport system, including emergency plans.Produce event time manuals, transport operations manuals, route maps, and incident logs for drivers and transport teams.Assist in managing all on-site transport operations.Collaborate with senior management to develop the transport schedule.Build effective relationships with all suppliers.Devise and manage coach loading and dispatch systems during events.Understand security procedures and collaborate with the client security team to implement safeguards.Ensure drivers and hosts are familiar with safety protocols.Prepare roster plans for drivers and transport teams, ensuring adequate breaks.Understand event procedures and protocols.Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:Fluent in Italian and English.Previous experience in transport logistics.Team and driver management experience.Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with various platforms.Project management experience.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High energy, flexibility, enthusiasm, confidence, and outgoing personality.Willingness to get involved and work long hours in a demanding environment.Passionate about sport, hospitality, and delivery.Ability to work professionally under pressure and prioritize tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
