Job Title: Delivery Manager Location: Language: Fluent English and French required We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee service delivery for our prestigious Aerospace customer. The role involves both operational management and strategic development of the business. The scope is designed to be broad enough to cover all typical responsibilities expected from a Delivery Manager in such a high-level environment. Financial & Performance Management Prepare, update, and report financial dashboards weekly to the management Ensure service deviations and KPI anomalies are addressed with clear action plans Document key meetings (QRM/CRM or client visit/meetings) with accurate minutes Team Management & Internal Coordination Identify bottlenecks and propose internal adjustments with the Global Delivery Manager Support technical and financial performance reviews with clear and precise objectives Follow HR processes (salary reviews, leave/absence tracking, performance evaluations) Lead or contribute to technical interviews and recruitment, ensuring agile hiring cycles Business Development & Strategic Expansion Contribute to tender responses and support bid management processes Stay vigilant about client context and propose innovative services or solutions Minimum 4 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or equivalent position English speaking and writing is important All tasks typically expected from a delivery manager are considered implicitly included, even if not specifically listed, in line with professional norms and business continuity needs.
