Overview:
We are working with a leading financial services client committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to contribute to their ongoing success and growth.
As a Pega CSSA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Pega solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop applications, and provide technical expertise in Pega technology.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Design and implement robust Pega solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead Pega development activities, including design, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to their skill development.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Pega applications with existing systems.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Pega applications.
- Stay current with Pega technology updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and best practices.
- Proficient in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
