NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Environmental & Social ImpactSpecialist (Cat. II) Qualifications and skills: - At least aBachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, orEnvironmental Engineering (minimum requirement). - Excellentknowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement).- Proficiency in GIS and environmental impact modelling tools willbe considered an asset. General professional experience: - Atleast 10 years of professional experience in environmental andsocial impact assessments (ESIA) for energy and industrial projects(minimum requirement). Specific professional experience: -Expertise in EU environmental regulations, permitting, and impactmitigation strategies will be considered will be considered anasset. - Experience conducting Strategic Environmental Assessments(SEA) and EIA compliance assessments for renewable energy andindustrial projects will be considered an asset.
