Based in Hoeselt (or Antwerp, with travel to Hoeselt), youll support international operations by ensuring accurate product classification, managing compliance data across global systems, and playing a key role in the smooth movement of goods worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in trade compliance, particularly around Belgian dual-use regulations and both EU and US export licensing.
What Youll Do:
- Classify hardware and software using ECCNs and Harmonised Tariff codes
- Maintain compliance data in SAP GTS and support audits or internal checks
- Monitor changes in EU and U.S. export regulations and apply them to products
- Collaborate with distribution and customs teams to resolve queries
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in dual-use trade compliance and export licensing (EU and U.S.)
- Good understanding of EAR, EU TARIC, and related regulations
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a confident communicator
- SAP GTS experience is a plus, but not essential
