It operates five plants (three in Italy, one in Brazil, and one in Malaysia), 26 foreign subsidiaries, 2 branches, and an extensive network of distributors and importers. Unigrs success is built on clear and winning concepts: constant research for the best raw materials, a strong focus on product quality, continuous investment in cutting-edge production technologies, attentiveness to market and customer needs, assertiveness, and determination to achieve increasingly ambitious results through care, passion, and transparency.The resource will be part of the R&D team, under the coordination of the UHT R&D Manager, and will be responsible for:Using pilot plants;Organizing and managing industrial trials in the department;Meeting with suppliers to research new raw materials;Supporting the commercial area in client meetings;Actively collaborating with quality assurance and marketing/sales to resolve issues or promote innovative products;Preparing documents that contribute to project completion;Following application tests and organoleptic assessments to understand test results;Managing shelf life tests on new products or potential extension of existing ones;Collaborating with purchasing and quality departments to research backup suppliers/raw materials.Qualifications:Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technologies;Experience:At least 5 years of experience in UHT processing, specifically on plant-based creams.Workplace: ConseliceSalary: The level of employment and salary will be commensurate with professional experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
