YOUR TASKS
- Answering and potentially redirecting incoming phone calls;
- Registering new colleagues in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and resources;
- Preparing meeting rooms;
- Managing the issuance and registration of loaner equipment to employees;
- Processing and resolving facility-related reports in the system;
- Supporting the Facility department with tasks such as making small orders and replenishing coffee supplies.
YOUR PROFILE
- You navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes;
- You thrive in a fast-growing organization like Arvato;
- You are personable and committed to providing excellent service;
- You are confident and not afraid to take on challenges;
- You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the facility management system TopDesk;
- You have effective communication skills in English (also Dutch is a plus).
