2 day home office ~ In-house role ~ Global SAP S/4HANA project We are currently seeking for an experienced Lead SAP Procure to Pay Solution to join a large multinational manufacturing company as a key member of the SAP team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP procurement system. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can work collaboratively and effectively with other teams and stakeholders, while ensuring the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP implementation, aligning with overall business strategy Lead and direct the SAP Procure to Pay team to ensure program deliverables are met. Drive alignment on standard global Procure to Pay processes Serve as a central facilitator in driving the definition of functional requirements for the Procure to Pay team Lead the implementation of new, best practice Procure to Pay processes aligned with the new SAP Design Coordinate with business/process leaders allocated to the project as well as technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to SAP Procure to Pay Serve a primary liaison with the Procurement function to ensure successful implementation of SAP Provide training and mentorship to end-users, and SAP consultants to ensure effective system usage and knowledge transfer At least 7-10 years of experience working with SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) / SAP MM Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP S2P modules Experience with requirements gathering, configurating, testing, and training Experience in full-cycle SAP MM implementations and rollouts Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and/or Seeburger is a nice to have Leadership and team-building capabilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
