As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Administrator to support our operations in Paris, France .
Position Summary:
As a Facilities Administrator , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our Paris facility. You will work closely with local service providers, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and support staff accommodation and cultural onboarding efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local service providers for site renovations, procurement , and ongoing facility maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate staff accommodation logistics, including booking, contracts, and check-ins for incoming employees.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the facility, ensuring that supplies, equipment, and services are readily available.
- Support cultural onboarding and training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Track and manage service contracts, facility documentation, and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety , and environmental standards and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any facility-related requests or issues from staff or vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in facilities administration , office management, or site coordination, preferably within a logistics or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with local vendors and service providers in Paris is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic facilities management tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and high standards.
