Were looking for a Project / Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of warehouse operations, and can translate complex business needs into streamlined tech solutions.
About the Role:
As our Project / Program Manager, youll take ownership of end-to-end WMS implementation projects from initial planning and stakeholder alignment through to go-live and post-deployment support. Youll work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle project management for WMS implementations across multiple sites or regions
- Define scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success metrics
- Engage with key stakeholders across logistics, IT, operations, and executive leadership
- Select and manage third-party vendors and systems integrators
- Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and change management
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven experience implementing WMS solutions (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Krber, etc.)
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in hybrid / multi-site / global environments
