Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the local office.
- Main point of contact with internal and externa clients and visitors.
- Offering exceptional levels of customer service and support via phone and email to our current customers and partners to maintain strong relationships and increase retention
- Being the pprimary customer contact for order processing from the order entry stage to the invoice issuing stage, in accordance with revenue recognition rules.
- Working closely with the sales team, supporting them in acquiring business leads and turn into sales.
- Taking and maintaining bookings and payments into the sales system
- Assisting in promotion of our products and services in the market and build awareness and recognition.
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, on/off-boarding etc.
- Assist with internal and external events, organise travel arrangements (Flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, visa)
- The position is also expected to carry out such further duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
Required Competences & Skills
- Batchlor education in Commercial Economics, Retail Management or something similar;
- Experience in a similar position as plus;
- Internationally oriented and master the Italian and English languages in speaking and writing;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Have good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment;
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and is also able to follow instructions
- Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately
