Master Data Process & Quality Coordinator DOVISTA Polska Sp. z o.o. and the VELUX Group companies are the largest manufacturer and exporter of windows in Poland, with an annual turnover of over PLN 1.9 billion. DOVISTA Polska Sp. z o.o. operates 8 factories located approximately 45 km from Gdansk (in Wedkowy, near Tczew), collectively forming the "Window Village," where high-quality windows and doors under the Rationel and VELFAC brands are produced. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & process coordination within master data Reviewing business & internal project deliverables on how they impact data maintenance processes Supplying root cause analysis to the MD team (MDCC & MDG) regarding data issues; Supporting the team with expertise in data interpretations Measuring data quality and reporting progress towards the defined targets; Reporting non-compliant data to the relevant Governance Managers, Data Experts, and Business Data Stewards Establishing preventive actions to improve efficiency and secure continuous data quality Driving and facilitating Data Quality Forum & Super User Community Being accountable for understanding the Master Data Structure for ERP and Non-ERP Global Applications (Data Catalogs, MDM Tools); Responsible for selected setup (mostly SAP) related to MD objects or applications OUR REQUIREMENTS: Relevant experience or knowledge of (at least some) areas: Master Data, Data Governance with knowledge across various data objects, Financial Master Data, Data Quality processes and tools, Project Management, Business Partner Sanction Screening Good understanding of how Master Data can impact various business processes of any company, i.e., linkage of Master Data to various Business Processes Good interpersonal communication skills: active listening, coaching, and facilitating Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a focus on project/portfolio metrics Fluency in English and Polish Practical knowledge of MS tools, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint WE OFFER: Remote work opportunity (once a week in the office in Wedkowy near Tczew) Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement Work in an international environment Collaboration within a friendly, dynamic team focused on teamwork A workplace culture emphasizing quality, respect, and engagement A benefits package THE POSITION: As the Master Data Process & Quality Coordinator in Master Data Competence Center, you will coordinate all activities leading towards the implementation of global and standardized master data solutions and processes changes across the Dovista group. You will also play a vital role in building a data quality environment, including the design & introduction of a data quality measuring & reporting platform.
