At CORUS we are looking for a IT Support - Help Desk to join our team in an international insurance project.
Location: Hybrid from Barcelona, Spain (4 days in the office)
You will:
- Installation and configuration of software and operating system, and onboarding of users after prior preparation of the laptops.
- On-site or remote user support (via MS Teams), reception of incidents via an incident management tool.
- Resolution and categorisation of Level 1 software incidents, both on Windows (priority) and MacOS (would back-up the equipment).
- Level 1 incident management in Meeting Rooms with Microsoft Teams, through interaction with global teams and suppliers.
- Documentation of processes and most frequent incidents.
- Asset Inventory Management (Laptops and other hardware).
You should have:
- English level (B2/C1)
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
