Territory Development Specialist
This role involves driving business growth in the Iberia territory by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Iberia territory
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Iberia territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the Iberia territory
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in direct IT sales and business development from a complex cloud or software solutions
- Experience selling IT professional services (consulting/managed/staff services) or SaaS solutions designed for R&D or DevOps teams
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of professional services to technical and business stakeholders
- Proven successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with selling AWS-based solutions
- Network and relationships with Iberia-based digital native/ISV/startup companies
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- AWS cloud certification - advantage
- Working experience with Salesforce or Hubspot - advantage
