If so, we may have the right role for you.Tridonic is recruiting for a Solution Sales Manager to grow sales within Italy. This role can be based anywhere in Northern Italy. Your remit will include:Focused on selling value-added products, solutions, IoT systems. Achieving financial objectives including sales targets and market share goals.Identifying potential customers for Tridonic Italia.Organizing and leading activities to promote Tridonic products in the region.Developing professional relationships with System Integrators, System Partners, etc., to initiate or increase commercial activities, including follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after transactions.Meeting with end users to demonstrate the benefits of Tridonic components and build confidence.Developing project concepts to meet or exceed customer requirements and specify our brand, with support from the Italian Technical Department if needed.Training designers and/or distributors to understand how to implement our solutions and minimize after-sales complaints.Your profileWe are looking forUnderstanding of the lighting technology industry and construction sector, with relevant experience in solution sales (5+ years), proven track record of profitable long-term partnerships, and strong commercial sense.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure customer-centricity.The ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A positive attitude towards challenges and an interest in technology.A curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.High computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.) and full professional proficiency in Italian and good English skills.We offer an attractive compensation & benefits package.If you are excited about building a successful career with leading global brands in the cutting-edge lighting industry, with an expanding product portfolio and a genuine work environment with bright and humble people, then please apply below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
