About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the automated systems in a distribution center. Your efforts will ensure the logistics process runs smoothly without interruptions. This includes both preventive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical and electrical systems used by our partner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Propose and implement improvements to systems and processes.
• Support system operators and monitor installations via the control room.
• Serve as the link between the on-site team and the back office of Vanderlande.
• Work in a two-shift schedule.

What Do You Bring?

• A completed MBO level 4 education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with resolving system faults and an affinity for control technology (PLC).
• A proactive, precise, and independent work attitude.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in training sessions.
