In CTGE we are looking for an Back-Office Intern to join our technical team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy.
In this internship, you will learn and support the technical team in different tasks:
- Operational Support and Back-Office Management: Provide essential back-office support related to related to approval payment applications, ensuring smooth workflows. This includes managing supplier and landowner interactions, as well as supporting day-to-day operational processes.
- Purchase Order and Invoice Management: Responsible for processing supplier invoices, provider applications, and customer receipts. This includes verifying invoices, ensuring supplier data are correctly applied, resolving billing and data errors.
- Compliance and Documentation: Assist our Asset Managers with quotation acceptance and oversee the execution of standardized processes and systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage all payment-related documentation for approvals and maintain accurate records, supporting purchase order processes as needed.
- Communication and Issue Resolution: Maintain constant communication with superiors to address any issues promptly and effectively. Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Studying a FP degree or bachelors degree in Administration, Purchase Management or Tourism from an accredited college or university.
