Were hiring a Tech Lead to drive innovation in Generative AI and Machine Learning. Youll lead a skilled team to design and deliver impactful AI products using foundation models, LLMs, and modern ML infrastructure.
What Youll Do
- Lead cross-functional AI/ML projects, from idea to production
- Drive strategy on MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable model deployment
- Integrate GenAI into core products using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration tools
- Stay current on AI trends and foster best practices across the team
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years technical leadership in AI/ML
- Strong Python + SQL; experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
- Familiar with GenAI tools: LangChain, vector stores (FAISS, ChromaDB), prompt engineering
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS), plus Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Strong communication skills & B2+ English
