Receive and review ''ready to schedule'' job packages from technical engineers.
Develop integrated schedules, allocating necessary skills, resources, and additional requirements.
Oversee the stage gate preparation process and prepare individual schedules for distribution to the Technical Supervisors of the Fleet Intervention project.
Monitor daily progress during execution and report on mitigating actions to accelerate tasks.
Ensure timely starts by coordinating safety audits, site arrivals, and tool availability.
Lead small repair jobs in the absence of the project manager and coordinate technical supervisors.
Strong team player with excellent communication and reporting skills
Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project (can be learned on the job as well)
Strong technical knowledge in ship repair,conversion
Proactive mindset with exceptional analytical skills and planning abilities
Capable of gathering and summarizing information from various sources.
Good leadership qualities
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with vessels, vessel management, and subcontractors
Project preparation period is performed from HQ; project execution period is spent abroad on site (ratio preparation to execution is about 3:1)
