To reinforce our Project Management Department based in Nogarole Rocca (VR) we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementation, tracking & evaluation of activities and documentation in compliance with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes, to ensure achievement of project targets in terms of timing, quality and cost. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTo ensure Project targets with focus of compliance to time cost, quality, performance/functionality under use of PM-procedures, templates & tools;To monitor and control progress and milestones during the developing phases;To functionally coordinate team-members to reach the project targets;To report project status on regular base to project team, head of PM, PMO and other colleagues;To plan and track activities and documentation in compliance with the Company procedures;To fix project meetings and prepare related documentation according with the project phase;To identify deviations with implementation of countermeasures;To implement and to manage change request (ECR) according with the Company procedures;To ensure product optimization in term of functionality, quality and profitability;To evaluate and manage the project risks, to define strategies to prevent and minimize risks, to propose to head of PM appropriate action plans.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 3-year experience;Good knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;WHAT CAN WE OFFERFull-time position;Attention and care for the employee;Great opportunity to grow in the role and within the organization as we grow and expand.
