JOB PURPOSE Provides timely responses to customerinquiries by telephone, email and/or by chat in an outbound servicecenter consistent with service and quality standards. Troubleshootsand resolves customer complaints. TENURE - It will be a fixed termcontract for 3 months KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Professional telephoneand written customer support for hardware and software problems -Provide customers with product and service information -Notification of repair status - Enter the corresponding data in thecustomer database, update existing customer information - Ensuresaccurate and timely reports management (document all callinformation) - Research required information using availableresources - Identify and escalate priority issues - Root calls toappropriate resources - Able to quickly build relationships,understand underlying issues and respond appropriately - Able todiffuse conflict and manage tense situations professionally andcalmly - Able to operate effectively in a fast paced andemotionally charged environment INTERFACE (CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS)Internal: - Contact Center Supervisor and Agents - Closecooperation with all the colleagues of Service organizationExternal: - Final Customers SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - Goodcommunication skills and technical understanding - CustomerOrientation - Analysis and quality - Teamwork - Enjoyingtelephoning - Flexible - Dynamic and positive attitude - BasicMicrosoft Office skills LANGUAGES - Italian and French: fluent,spoken and written - Plus: other languages
