Complete Building Services is looking for GREAT PEOPLE to join our GREAT TEAMService Trucks are replaced at 100,000 miles40 hour work weekOn-call (Duty) rotation on average 18 weeksYearly Education Tuition $2,500 per employeeCare-First Health Care401k, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysStarting Hourly Rates $22.50 to $40.00 depending on Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Industry recognized LicensesOur Commercial HVAC Service Mechanic performs service, preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems in office, hotels and government buildings, and other establishments.This Mechanic must have strong Electrical trouble shooting skills to perform the following; connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and ventilation fans to starter panels and/or VFD''s, installs air filters, adjust refrigerant to prescribed operating pressures. This mechanic observes temperature and safety controls to insure proper operation of the eqipment, replace defective breakers and fuses, thermostats, switches and electrical wiring to repair and service air conditioning ranging from 2.5 tons to large tonnage chillers. At CBS we work on some of the following; CRAC Units, RTU''s, Split System AC and HP''s, VRF''s, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Gas and Oil Fired, AHU''s, VAV Systems, Chill Water, Condenser Water, Hot Water Systems and Hi/Low Pressure Steam Systems**Responsibilities**:Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition.Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned.Provide direction and support to sub-contractors when needed.Interface with building personnel and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction.Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion.Perform other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:High School diploma or equivalentCompletion of 4-year HVAC Apprentice or equivalent training programCompleted coursework in HVAC areasUniversal CFC CertificationMinimum of four (4) years of related experience with HVAC systemsValid drivers licenseAble to lift up to sixty (60) poundsCapable of climbing ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feetEOE/M/F/VET/Disabled
