The position The Commissioning Engineer ensures thedevelopment of the deliverables of the Project pertaining tocommissioning within the project. He operates in compliance withthe quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulationsand following the stated procedures. The position is meant to spendhis professionality bot home office on our HQ of Milan and on sitewhen required by the project he is assigned to. Activities and mainresponsibilities You will be supposed to: - prepare the projectdocuments and deliverables (such as systems breakdown structure,mark-up of P&I diagrams, schedule of activities,pre-commissioning manual, pre-commissioning and commissioningprocedures) in compliance with the project requirements; -coordinate with the Engineering Dept. the preparation of theengineering data base and follow the updating, in home office andat Site; - analyze the Construction completion packages (DAC) onceissued from construction and advice CMM or CST about the status ofverified DAC prior to formal acceptance by Commissioning team; -facilitate the completion of the pre-commissioning activitiesthrough the check of certificates and punch list; - participate inreviewing and planning of availability of lubricants, chemicals,catalysts and other products required for commissioning; - collectand organize the discipline DAC punch list ensuring that the punchlists issued by commissioning team are properly filled and correctthem when required before forward them to QC. Person specificationYour skills are: - education: bachelor/master degree in Engineering/ Technical matters or in alternative a technical diploma withrelevant Commissioning work experience; - Attention to details,self-motivation and direction, with strong bias towards timelyperformance; - availability to be temporary relocated abroad whenneeded; - ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment; -develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovativethought processing skills; - excellent communication and managementskills, possess a high level of organizational ability - fluentEnglish spoken and written.
