About the Role We arelooking for a Sales Manager to join the Rome-based team of thisinternational powerhouse. Reporting directly to the SalesManagement Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-daysales operations, analyzing performance data, ensuring projectexecution, and maintaining strong client relationships. Fluency inChinese is a mandatory requirement, as you will collaborate closelywith Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders at both regional andglobal levels. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Management -Define, implement, and track annual order and revenue targets.Organize the breakdown of objectives and ensure consistent progressthrough regular sales meetings, reporting, and data-drivenanalysis. Sales Pipeline & Forecasting - Manage the salespipeline and major accounts. Create order and revenue forecasts,assess risks, and provide analytical insights to supportoperational and strategic decisions. Sales Project Management -Oversee full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure. Detectpotential issues early, coordinate internal and external resources,and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery and successfuloutcomes. Process & Compliance Oversight - Improve and promoteadherence to regional sales processes, especially in theOpportunity-to-Order (OTO) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles. Monitorcontract signing, internal controls, and compliance with globalstandards. Requirements - Proven experience in sales and/or projectmanagement, with a solid foundation in data analysis, KPI tracking,and business decision support. - Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills with a proactive mindset and asolution-oriented approach. - Prior involvement in customer/channelsales, operations, finance, or quality management is a plus. -Proficiency in tools such as PRM, Salesforce, Eplus, or similarenterprise platforms. - Mandatory: Proficiency in Chinese (writtenand spoken), due to frequent interaction with Chinese-speakingteams and documentation.
