To support this ambition, were looking for a Supply Chain Improvement & Change Manager to ensure the reliability and availability of spare parts for our continental fleet.
Youll play a key role in optimizing processes, leading change initiatives, and driving cross-border collaboration.
What Youll Do:
- Ensure spare part availability for preventive and corrective fleet maintenance in continental depots
- Support and improve planning tools to forecast short- and long-term needs based on maintenance schedules and usage history
- Work closely with key stakeholders like engineering, maintenance teams, depots, and suppliers across Belgium, France, and the UK
- Document and enhance internal/external supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
- Lead change management initiatives, driving alignment across teams and partners through workshops and regular SteerCo updates
- Use KPIs and reporting tools to track progress and ensure performance excellence
What You Bring:
- Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (experience managing or supporting teams is a plus)
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a bonus
- Strong in data analysis, project management, and process improvement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
