The ideal candidate will have solid experience in structured corporate environments, preferably within the healthcare sector, to oversee our company''s financial activities. Key responsibilities include:Ensuring compliance with current regulations and supporting strategic objectives.Supervising general accounting activities to ensure accurate financial records and adherence to accounting standards.Preparing and analyzing quarterly and annual financial statements, including monthly closings.Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis for business decisions.Monitoring and optimizing cash flow.Developing and implementing internal controls to maintain financial integrity.Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.Providing financial reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.Participating in strategic projects, including due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.Monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal regulations.QualificationsCandidates should possess:Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured companies and the healthcare sector.Deep knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).Ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented approach.Additional InformationSustainability is a core value for us!
