RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop in-depth knowledge of applications and provide hands-on support for resolving production issues
Own and manage end-to-end production execution processes, with a focus on delivering reliable and consistent outcomes.
Regularly update stakeholders on production execution status and key metrics.
Act as a central communication bridge between business units, IT development teams, and operations.
Work closely with business units and IT capabilities to resolve product issues.
Serve as the operations point of contact for all IT teams.
Validate, approve, and act as a gatekeeper for changes to the production environment.
Handle incident and problem defect management processes in alignment with established SOPs.
Coordinate with Scrum Masters to ensure swift and effective resolution of production issues.
Identify gaps in the existing production execution processes and recommend actionable improvements.
Leverage feedback and learnings to enhance operational practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership in IT operations.
Experience in the banking industry.
Experience with SQL, Hadoop.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex production challenges.
Strategic thinker with a focus on execution excellence.
Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset.
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
