Skills and Attributes for Success 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end Insurance Solution implementations. Experience supporting and implementing banking platforms. Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD, TSD, FSD). Strong collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clients and development teams. Analytical skills to identify root causes during testing phases. Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher). Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills. Stakeholder and client management experience.
