Introducing Be Mate
Be Mate is a new way to stay and enjoy the city. What is it? It''s travelling by combining the best of two worlds: the freedom of a flat with the security, quality and services of a hotel.
Where do we accompany you? We are present in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin and Istanbul. Design flats, carefully selected, in the centre of the cities.
What will you do in Be Mate?
- Access control to the building.
- Control of the occupation of apartments
- Customer Service.
- Attention and Incident Management
- Sale of extra products and services
- Check in, check out.
- Reservation management and registration at the PMS
- Reservation collection
- Reservation billing
- Police Register
- Night audit
- Apartment allocation
- Online Reputation Review
- Control of rates and availability
- Management and control of the request for extra beds/cots
- Daily report with the activities carried out and everything that happened during the shift to the Front Office Manager.
- Support to the comprehensive management team. (response to GI mail, GI reservation management, GI guest phone service).

- You are a person with communication skills
- You are a people person and you like to help other people in their daily work.
- You are a proactive, ambitious and motivated person who wants to grow professionally in a company.
- You like the idea of belonging to a company like Be Mate and transmitting our project to our clients.
- You have excellent office automation skills (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- You have a good command of Analytics, Channel Manager and PMS of the sector.
- You have a good level of spoken and written English.
- You are interested and have experience in the tourism sector, the world of travel, and you love to create real impact.
