• 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
• Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
• Technical skills: o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, etc.). o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing, etc.) o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
