Mission
As a Procurement Buyer, you manage all operational purchasing processes for goods and services across the various departments of Partena. You are responsible for negotiations, execution, and follow-up of procurement files in order to optimize costs, ensure quality, and effectively support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and centralize internal needs, challenge requests, and act as a sparring partner for procurement.
Advise internal teams on new projects or specific contractual questions.
Monitor and control the procurement processes (purchase orders, discrepancies, compliance).
Propose improvements to optimize procurement processes and governance.
Manage a portfolio of suppliers: selection, negotiation, follow-up, and long-term relationship building.
Prospect for new suppliers to stimulate competition and innovation.
Keep data up to date in management systems to ensure traceability and proper supplier evaluation.
Stay informed of market trends and regularly update your knowledge of products and procurement practices.
Profile Sought
Degree: Master''s degree in economics, logistics, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar B2B role.
Key Skills:
o Strong negotiation and analytical thinking.
o Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented mindset.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Familiarity with procurement management tools (ERP, e-procurement, etc.).

Internally: colleagues, management, and department heads as an advisor and coordinator.
Externally: suppliers and partners as the main point of contact, negotiator, and evaluator.
