Salary: 55,00065,000 + 15% Bonus (based on targets)

Youll join a small but ambitious team on a mission to simplify and modernise the way retailers, restaurants, and venues manage their operations with a powerful, all-in-one POS solution.
What Youll Be Doing:
Own and drive full-cycle sales prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and activating new clients
Deliver product demos and installations; train users post-sale
Manage your regions pipeline, revenue goals, and CRM tracking
Attend on-site visits and provide technical and operational support
Represent the brand at events and identify high-value partnership opportunities
What Were Looking For:
3+ years experience in B2B sales
MUST HAVE experience in POS, hospitality tech, retail tech
Strong commercial instinct and full-cycle sales ability
Fluent in local language (Spanish, English, or Croatian depending on region) + strong English skills
Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
Based in Spain, UK, or Croatia with flexibility for regular field visits
