We are urgently seeking an Interim QA Specialist GDP to join the Quality team at our logistics and pharmaceutical distribution client in Veghel .
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational quality oversight in a GDP-regulated environment. Key responsibilities include managing deviations, handling complaints, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards and maintain the integrity of the quality system.

Key Responsibilities
Operational QA Tasks:
- Provide daily quality oversight for distribution and production activities.
- Manage and resolve deviations, complaints, and CAPAs in a timely manner.
- Act as primary QA contact for customer quality issues and queries.
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP guidelines and internal procedures.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Draft and maintain GDP/GMP protocols (limited scope).
- Support and host inspections by the Dutch Health Authority (IGJ) .
- Maintain WDA/MIA licenses in collaboration with the license holder.
- Manage technical and quality agreements with clients and partners.
Quality Improvement & Training:
- Train and monitor staff on GDP/GMP procedures.
- Support validation activities and contribute to the sites Validation Master Plan .
- Conduct internal and supplier audits.
- Prepare and report validation and qualification protocols.
Management Support:
- Coach and support the development of QA team members.
- Ensure process structure and compliance are safeguarded.
- Report directly to the QA Manager / License Holder .
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences , Pharmacy , or a related field.
- 58 years of QA experience in a GDP/GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of GDP guidelines, quality agreements, and validation processes.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English .
- Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented with a hands-on mindset.
- Comfortable interacting at various levels within the organization.
- Experience with audits, complaint handling, and change control is a strong plus.
