Travel expenses will be covered.About You:You''re a results-driven e-commerce expert passionate about elevating brands in thepremium yet accessiblemarket. You excel at optimizing the online customer journey, boosting conversion, and building customer loyalty for product-focused businesses.The Role:You''ll own our entire digital presence, from website experience (Shopify) to user engagement and retention. Your focus will be on improving key metrics through A/B testing, merchandising, cross-selling, and implementing a loyalty program. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic and commercial mindset to capitalize on the unique opportunities within our brand and market position.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive significant revenue growth in thepremium yet accessiblesector.Optimize the Shopify Plus website for an exceptional user experience and conversion.Implement A/B testing, cross-selling, and a loyalty program.Develop engaging product stories to connect with our audience.Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer engagement.Analyze online consumer behavior and implement UX best practices.What You''ll Bring:Proven success in managing and growing e-commerce for product-centric brands, ideally within thepremium yet accessiblespace.Strong understanding of the online customer in thepremium-yet-accessiblemarket.A track record of achieving significant digital revenue growth (ideally taking a brand to 7-20 million+ digital revenue, representing at least 25% of total revenue).Expertise in website optimization, UX, and conversion rate optimization.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for building and improving processes.An appreciation for design and the arts.Sounds a bit like you?
