Our focus goes beyond food, partnering with local businesses, schools, groups, and restaurants, bringing our customers the best experience possible!Our Order Processing Center is the hub of our operation and we are currently looking for a great addition to our team to manage this integral part of the business.**In this role you will be responsible for**:Providing daily direction to order processing team to ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely mannerMaintaining budgets related to labor and hours.Hiring, Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Supervising.Strong track record in Recruitment of staffMaintaining agent evaluation and handling any disciplinary or performance issues.Track internal and external short fallings in the system and resolve themAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly phone system reportsSubmit reports on order processing center day to day operationsRefining and enforcing policies and proceduresHandle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and inquiries as necessary.Be on call and available during all hours to address operational needs is the primary point of contact for all emergency situationsMaintaining communication between order processing team, markets, and upper management.Attending weekly meetings to discuss goals, projects and upcoming events.**The ideal candidate should possess/be**:3-5 years experience managing a call center (with a strong CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS)Proactive, consistent, fair, accountable!Strong leadership skills and team-orientationVery strong people management skills passion !OrganizedGreat written and verbal communication skillsBachelor''s degree in communications, business, English, or related field preferred (not essential)Valid References and Career VerificationAs this position is required to service our customers in the United States of America you will be required to work Night Shifts and need to be flexible with your schedule.Salary will be R20,000-R30,000 per month depending on experience.
