Consolidation and Reporting Analyst, Piombino DeseJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join the Consolidation & Administration function at our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD). The successful candidate will support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, assist the accounting team with intercompany consolidations and eliminations, monitor the company''s consolidation system, and maintain the Group Chart of Accounts along with other data metrics within the system.Key Responsibilities:Support the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (annual, half-yearly, and quarterly) in accordance with IFRS.Analyze reporting packages from consolidated companies, both Italian and foreign, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy.Perform balancing and reconciliations as necessary.Update consolidation entries.Assist in preparing financial reports for SEC filing.Support the creation of notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements.Help prepare reports for the Board of Directors, top management, and external institutions.Assist with updating the Group manual according to IFRS standards and managing the centralized chart of accounts.Handle requests from the auditing firm.Provide training and support to local reporting units.Support subsidiaries administration departments in reporting and accounting issues.Prepare reporting packages for minor legal entities.Perform intercompany reconciliations.Qualifications:Master''s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in auditing firms or similar roles in medium to large companies.Proficiency in English.Knowledge of IAS/IFRS (and OIC) accounting standards.Experience with consolidation processes is a plus.Understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation criteria.Strong knowledge of general accounting.Excellent proficiency in Office applications.Good organizational skills, autonomy, result-oriented mindset, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Adherence to Stevanato Groups Values: Trust and respect everyone; Be accountable; Be ethical, always; Listen and communicate with transparency and honesty; Deliver results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
