The Role: - Lead the coordination and facilitation ofthe multi-year strategic planning cycle across the organization -Maintain and adapt financial planning tools to reflect evolvingstrategic priorities - Align planning frameworks with internalstakeholders, identifying and framing critical strategic topics -Develop and manage a central repository of key planningassumptions, ensuring clarity and consistency - Evaluate andvalidate key business drivers and assumptions based on market andfinancial data - Support the formulation of long-term corporatestrategy and major strategic initiatives in collaboration withcentral strategy teams The Person: - At least 5 years ofprofessional experience in the renewable energy sector, ideallyinvolving financial planning, commercial analysis, or corporatetransactions - High proficiency in spreadsheet modeling andfamiliarity with financial modeling techniques such as discountedcash flow (DCF) - Strong ability to interpret and assess complexfinancial models, particularly those related to solar, energystorage, and wind assets - Solid grounding in financial reportingand analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cashflow dynamics - Excellent organizational skills with a track recordof managing cross-functional planning initiatives - Fluency inEnglish
