Your position: As our Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel), your focus is on: Real Estate , but you also contribute to the preparation, assessment and negotiation of various commercial contracts (such as non-disclosure agreements, dealer contracts, merchandising and procurement agreements, supply contracts, distribution agreements and letters of intents). You are the direct point of contact for your colleagues, advise them, report on new legislation and legal developments and liaise with external legal advisors. Salary dependent on relevant experience and skills. 24 vacation days (based on full-time) and 2 additional vacation days every 1 year of employment, with a maximum of 5 additional days per year. 0,23 cents/km travel allowance (*up to 30 km one way). Fixed 13th month. Bonus scheme based on personal performance. What we are looking for in your profile: We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel) with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working method. You are able to solve various legal issues without losing sight of the practice, you are also proactive, you stand firmly on your feet, you work results-oriented and you are able to work independently as well as in a team. In addition, you have: A completed university degree in Dutch law. Thorough knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to Real Estate and commercial contracts in general. At least 3 years of work experience as a lawyer or Legal Counsel, preferably in an international environment. Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
