Our client, a leading services company, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse international client base and to develop strong, long-term client relationships within a dynamic environment.
Your responsabilities :
As a Relationship Manager, you will :
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across various sectors.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (accounting, tax, legal, etc.).
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality and timely execution.
Identify business development opportunities within the existing client base and support onboarding of new clients.
Prepare and participate in client meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure clear communication internally and externally.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively.
Your profile :
As a Relationship Manager, you have :
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years'' experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services, fiduciary, or consulting environments.
Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is an asset.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
