What Youll Do:
Working as an Account Manager, your ability to build collaborative and productive partnerships with our team of recruiters will be essential throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure your clients hiring needs are fulfilled.
- Provide insight and demonstrate differentiation to clients to win new business and support the expansion of existing accounts.
- Partner with internal talent delivery teams to ensure client opportunity is sourced and fulfilled, (including oversight of sourcing, screening and onboarding).
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Have a keen interest in up-skilling on the latest market trends enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You Bring:
- Fluency both in French and English
- 35 years of recruitment sales/account management experience
- A proven track record in business development - including ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in market territory planning.
- Ability to effectively plan and execute a business development strategy.
- A passion for networking and building long-term relationships
