A leading provider of advanced inspection, metrology, and process control solutions serving the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing sectors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its South European team.
The successful candidate will drive sales across South Europe, develop and manage strategic customer relationships, and contribute to business growth by expanding into new accounts and process areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales forecasts and pipeline development.
- Achieve revenue goals across a broad portfolio of capital equipment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
- Lead account strategy planning, customer negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Represent the company at meetings and trainings, including occasional travel to the U.S.
- Ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical or commercial field with complementary industry experience.
- Proven sales track record, ideally in capital equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Fluent in English and French (Italian a plus) ; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel over 50%.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
